University of Florida is so much fun. I encourage many students to apply here and wish them success.

UFL has a moderate acceptance rate for international students. All the application process went smooth for me. The visa procedure is pretty straight forward, follow the instructions online. See the requirements for each university since this varies from university to university. See forums on the net and get into contact with seniors for more advice.

I have to take 3 courses per semester and spend on an average 9 hours per week on lecture. This varies with the courses chosen though. The courses are well tailored and cover a wide range of important topics in that field of study. The people here are very student oriented. The college facilities are remarkable. There is a huge library for reference purposes and many recreational centers for students.

The facilities as I mentioned above are immense and cater to the needs of the students. The fellow students here are very friendly. The interesting thing to do here is beach volleyball. The cost of accommodation depends on the locality and distance from the university. There are many student organizations on campus. The social life out here is so much fun as a student.

I am not sure if the alumni help in placements. Career fairs happen on campus for placements.
