The Doctor of Health Sciences is a post-professional degree designed for master’s prepared healthcare professionals. The program focuses on critical analysis and evaluation of complex issues and challenges faced by today’s healthcare professionals.

Candidates accepted for admission to the Doctor of Health Sciences program will have earned a master’s or doctorate degree in a healthcare discipline from a regionally accredited institution, or from a foreign university based on a transcript evaluation. Candidates must have achieved a minimum overall graduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Candidates must provide all official transcripts prior to matriculation. Candidates must be a licensed or credentialed healthcare professional or have two years experience as administrators, educators, or researchers in healthcare.
